Pose of the month

Twist:
Start out laying on the floor: back on floor bend knees and arms out in "T" form. Bring knees toward the chest as you exhale bring both knees to the right side and (if you are able to) look over to your left. Hold for about 30 sec to a minute or longer (for yin yoga). as you inhale bring knees and head to center and repeat on other side.
